Leeds 2023 have released a video capsule showcasing a selection of community-based projects for their ‘My World My City My Neighbourhood’ project.
Undertaken by over 20 artists working with various communities across Leeds, this instalment features a snapshot of Harry Meadley’s project with the Leeds Playhouse and Rolling With The Girls aiming towards making street skateboarding more accessible to women and minority genders.
Research conducted by Harry prior to Playhouse helped inform the Civic Spot Map, we’ll also be sharing the full findings from his Leeds Skateboarding Census in the near future.
